Job Vacancy For Purchasing Assistant At Securities & Exchange Commission



The Securities and Exchange Commission, a statutory body responsible for regulating the securities industry in Ghana to ensure, inter alia the orderly, fair and equitable dealing in securities, invites qualified Ghanaians for the above post.

Duties:
The applicant will report to the Head, HR and International Relations and will assist with:

•  Regular purchasing duties and administrative work
•  Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data in the system
•  Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey
•  Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
•  Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with the Public Procurement Act

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicants should have the following qualifications:

•  HND, Purchasing and Supply
•  Knowledge and experience in securities market operation is desirable
•  Must have completed National Service
•  Must be computer literate
