MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and enforce the concreate quality control as per British or European Standard
• Ensure daily production site inspection is performed (Cleaning)
• Review already existing design mix to ensure efficient in cost savings
• Develop new design mix to meet client specification
• Carry out regular testing of both quarry and concrete product in house and externally ie GSE
• Must enforce a strict adherence on the production team to adhere to quality procedure, mix ratio and other governmental policies
• Keep proper records of all documentations (test result, design mix and production input)
• Must discriminate quality control plans, issues and objectives to all production personnel’s
• Act as the main point of contact for receiving and disseminating contract modification by ensuring testing is performed and provides quality control certificated and documentations as required in the contract.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in using various types of concrete machinery and tools
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
• HND; Degree civil engineering, Certificate in Quality control will be an advantage
• Minimum of 4 year work experience
