Job Summary

•  Responsible for Pre- and Post- contract services
•  General Quantity Surveying and Investment Appraisal Services
•  Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Must be a qualified member of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors (MGHIS) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
•  Must have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience with a reputable professional body(GIS, RICS)
•  Knowledge in Project Management is key
•  MBA in Finance will be an advantage
•  Must have excellent communication skills; both written and oral
