Job Vacancy For Registrar – Kumasi Campus At Ghana Technology University College



Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment to the above position at Ghana Technology University College (formerly Ghana Telecom University College)

Role:

Serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Kumasi Campus of the University College responsible for leadership, direction, policy formulation and implementation of all academic support and administrative functions.

• The office ensures the adherence to academic and administrative policies and procedures and oversees functions such as marketing and recruitment of students, academic ceremonies, classroom scheduling, graduation and certification, student data reports, and compliance with related regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have a minimum of Masters Degree with at least five (5) years working experience in a tertiary institution, three (3) of which should have been in a Registrar's Office as Registrar, Senior Assistant or Deputy Registrar
• Extensive knowledge and experience of job functions and electronic student information systems, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Excellent people skills and highly effective oral & written communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail is vital
