Job Vacancy For Relationship Manager At Fidelity Bank (Koforidua & Accra)



Job Purpose:
To manage and enhance the existing portfolio of commercial (SME) customers and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial and non-financial objectives. This will be achieved through developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers at key levels to optimize the utilization of the Bank’s products

Key Accountabilities:

•   Establish new borrowing relationships for Commercial Banking (SME), preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the bank policies and procedures to enhance the bank’s market share.
•   Develop and nurture relationships with the Clients assigned to ensure that the strategy and business objectives of the Client and the Bank are achieved.
•   Monitor portfolio asset quality to ensure NPL trends are in line with Bank specified average targets
•   Manage credit risk to an acceptable level as stipulated in the Banks policies and procedures
•   Establish strong working relationships with all key internal stakeholders to help drive the overall strategy of the bank.
•   Act as main point of contact for customers within their assigned market segment in the branch.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Knowledge of Bank products and services, targeted at the SME market.
•   Ability to understand and interpret financial accounts
•   Proven track record in sales
•   Knowledge on SME customer relationship management
•   Good credit risk assessment skills in the SME space
•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•   Strong time management and self organization skills
•   Excellent presentation skills
