Job Summary

Observe and gauge product characteristics; adjust controls to maintain appropriate temperature and pressure. Record production and test data, such as processing steps, temperature and steam readings, cooking time, batches processed and test results

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of 2 years working experience in Retort processing in a Food Plant is preferred
