Essential Selection criteria

• Ability to work and communicate in a first-class environment.
• In-depth knowledge in the hospitality industry and safety regulations
• Excellent Customer management.
• Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes and security.
• Expert in time management.
• Impeccable social media marketing skills.
• Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work for long hours and on weekends and holidays.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Hospitality Management.
• A second degree in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
• A minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry with emphasis in food and beverage.
