Description Of Job

Location - Independence Avenue (in the same compound as Afrikiko) Kanda, Accra.

•  Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
•  Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
•  Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events
•  Preparing reports including staff control, food control and sales when required
•  Planning and coordinating menus
•  Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
•  Responding to customer complaints
•  Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's standards
•  Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff
•  Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
•  Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
•  Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required
•  Helping in any area of the restaurant when necessary

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A first degree or master’s degree from a recognized institution
•  At least 3 years experience in the hospitality industry
•  Must be able to take initiative and pay attention to detail
•  Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision
•  Team building attitude
•  Good communication skills
