Key Purpose:
To co-ordinate the various marketing activities of the business to ensure the function meets customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Marketing

Specific Outcomes:

•  Managed customer order cycle
•  Managed lubricants finished products cycle
•  Structured customer satisfaction evaluation process
•  Analysed customer sales and consolidated company sales data
•  Managed customer overdues
•  Commercial maintenance plan developed, approved and implemented
•  Maintained Permits and Licences Register
•  Managed IT compliance
•  HSEQ standards maintained

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Higher National Diploma
•  Minimum of 6 months relevant experience is essential
•  Petroleum experience will be advantageous
•  Knowledge of the Business/Industry
•  Understanding Basic Principles of Marketing
•  Product and Customer Knowledge
•  Understanding the generic principles of running the business
•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Problem-Solving skills
•  Communication skills
•  Computer literate
•  Good knowledge of Excel
•  Analytical Ability ( appropriate to level)
•  Report Writing
