Job Summary

•   The successful applicant will work with managers of the company's Retail Pharmacies to identify, establish and pursue specific goals related to the profitability of the various Pharmacies.
. It will also be required of the applicant to coordinate all retail activities with the objective of developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing set strategies and targets for retail managers, building performance driven teams through effective guidance and the management of retail staff

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree in Sales and Marketing or closely related field
•   A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar or a managerial position
•   Must be able to lead a team
•   Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office
