Object Of The Position:

To provide technical support for the appropriate monitoring activities to ensure effective compliance and risk management plans, as well as carry out research into sector policies and programmes of the Authority.

Duties & Responsibilities

•   Perform appropriate monitoring activities to provide assurance on the effectiveness of compliance risk management plans
•   Ensures co-ordination and effective management of all compliance processes
•   Participates in business process, meetings, initiatives, and committees to ensure that any compliance requirements are appropriately considered
•   Assist in the implementation and management of effective monitoring and training programmes that meet minimum compliance standards
•   Carries out research into sector policies and programmes and ensures the maintenance of a national data bank on pension matters

Qualification Required & Experience

Person Specification

•   A master’s degree from a recognized University preferably in statistics, mathematics or actuarial science
•   A minimum of five (5) years relevant working experience with at least three (3) years in Research and Risk Management
•   Strong managerial and management skills
•   Effective risk management skills
•   Must be computer literate
