Description Of Job
World Vision Ghana (WVG) is looking for a highly qualified, proactive, motivated and resourceful persons to fill the above position.

Reports to: Director, Ministry Quality & Strategy
Job Summary:
To ensure that World Vision Ghana Programmes and Department are compliant with risk management policies and standards for program quality so that all programmes are implemented to realise Child Well Being Outcomes.
Major Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement WVG risk management policies and strategies in compliance, with partnerships standards and laws of the country
• Develop and lead the implementation of annual Operating plan on risk management that is compliant with partnership standards and the laws of the country
• Ensure that Operations Audit for each ADP is carried out at least every 3 years
• Analyze audit procedures and prepare revision of operational audit materials to accomplish audit objectives in compliance with the Risk Profile of WVG
• Develop a dashboard for tracking risk compliance and implementation of audit recommendations for ADPs and the National Office
Qualification Required & Experience
Person Specification:
• Minimum Educational level required: Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management or related field. Masters in Social Sciences or related field.
• 5 years of experience with regards to the management of resources, finances, people, assets and good understanding of designing, planning, implementation, supervising and reporting on integrated development, relief and/or advocacy projects
Technical Skills & Abilities:
• Computer skills especially in Statistical Packages
• Demonstrated ability in monitoring and supervision
• Experience in working with donor funds
• Working knowledge of proposal writing and negotiation skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
