An International player is looking for dynamic sales representative with technical knowledge in Ghana's Oil Palm industry.

Your ultimate goal will be to use your experience and expertise to effectively promote, sell and distribute Oil palm and to develop a sales strategy to help us become the technical vendor of choice in Ghana.

Job Description

• Develop and execute creative strategies to influence the decision criteria and utilise tactics to close the sale
• Strategically use internal and external resources to achieve sales target
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc thoroughly for manager review
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
• Leadership and client services to build and execute upon the location of the customer

Qualification Required & Experience

• Applicant must have at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing and Food Science
• A master's degree in any of the aforementioned areas in an added advantage
• 3 plus years of sales experience in the Oil Palm distribution
• Solid understanding of tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing and growing existing customers)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to conduct a clear, concise and accurate technical presentation
• Excellent negotiating and customer service skills
• Highly motivated, organised and success driven,
• Excellent time and territory management habits
• Working experience with distribution channels is a plus
• Applicant must be able to drive with credible Driver's License and must be willing to travel within Ghana
