The individual should have the following qualifications:

•  Previous experience of at least three years in laboratory disgnostics as team leader
•  Scientific or medical background (B.sc in science, Pharmacy, Agriculture, lab technology and any such related branches)
•  Should have in depth knowledge of laboratory diagnostics reagents
•  Should have excellent communication skills, be self motivated and be able to work in a team or otherwise.
•  Preferably be between 30 - 40 years of age and should have a driving license.

Salary: Negotiable
