American Express Auto Solutions is a state of the art Automobile spare parts company in Ghana. We deal in high quality OEM parts, aftermarket parts, used and remanufactured parts. We also stock service products, auto accessories, tools and equipment, all from leading brands in the U.S.

Description Of Job

•  Responsible for assisting customers with general enquiry.
•  Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and pro forma invoices to the customers as required
•  Retail management, including cashiering and banking transactions.
•  Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
•  Resolve clientele problems concerning the organization’s products and billing.
•  Responsible for periodic inventories of products.
•  Prepare a variety of status report including activities, closing, follow up and adherence to go.
•  Preparing weekly and monthly sales report.
•  Office management i. e. maintaining a neat and professional working environment
•  Any other duties assigned to you by the managing director or your supervisor.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum qualification is diploma in marketing, business administration or other relevant degree, bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage
•  One to two years working experience in a similar position
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Must be computer literate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft and excel
•  Attention to details
•  Good interpersonal skills
•  Must be a team player
•  Must reside in Takoradi
