Job Vacancy For Sales Executive
SUMMARY
The Sales Executive will be responsible for the promotion and sales of the company’s products and service, and develop and maintain a relationship with clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers
• Develop and maintain a good business relationship with schools and distributors
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to meet targets
• Increase market share of the company in assigned regional territory
• Achieve all sales and debt collection targets
• Ensure all cash collected are deposited into company’s account
• Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan
• Secure and organize school book exhibitions to drive sales.
• Prepare and present regular report on sales performance and trends for management decision
• Plan and manage marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Utilize contemporary digital marketing channels impact or generate sales
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION; PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
• Must have at least 2 years practical experience in sales.
• HND or its equivalent.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a pleasant disposition, should have integrity and act professionally at all times
• Must be willing to understand the market and its impact on product and services
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
• MUST be able to travel most of the times
• Must have some experience in aggressive sales
• Ability to identify business opportunities
• Must be able to work with minimum or no supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail
• Must be computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint is an added advantage
