A reputable insurance company seeks the services of a Sales Manager for its Tema office.

Job Description

• Lead teams of sales agents to prospect and sell life insurance products to clients.
• Recruit, Train, retain and motivate life insurance sales agents to achieve and exceed branch targets.
• Prepare accurate weekly, monthly reports on target performance for management.
• Ability to work towards achieving set goals and targets
• Any other duties assigned by operational head.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree/HND or Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Two or more years working experience in a similar capacity

Requirements

• Great selling skills
• Computer Literate
• Must be arithmetically inclined
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in life insurance sales is an added advantage
• Applicants must live PREFERABLY in and around Tema, Ashaiman, Teshie, Nungua, Prampram, Dawhenya, Afienya or Labadi.
