Job Vacancy For Sales Manager At Equipment Depot Ghana Limited

You will be required to serve customers by selling products and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and established new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
• Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of buyers
• Keep management informed by submitting activities and results reports
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, merchandising techniques, etc
• Place routine calls to customers to check and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions, prepare reports and make recommendations to management
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
Qualification Required & Experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Prospecting and Negotiation Skills, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships
Applicants must have a minimum of a University degree and a minimum work experience of three (3) years
