Job Summary

We are seeking Branch Sales Managers with experience in managing sales teams to meet targets on new business generation and funds mobilization.

Responsibilities

•   Prepare action plans and strategy for effective search of sales leads and prospects to penetrate target areas.
•   Create and maintain sales pipelines ensuring that set targets are met.
•   Ensure deposit mobilization targets are met.
•   Drive reactivation of inactive and dormant accounts
•   Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
•   Develop and maintain customer after sales service support mechanism to ensure total cstomer satisfaction.
•   Ensure retention of existing customers
•   Create channels to win business.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   An HND/Degree in any discipline with two years working experience in sale of financial products with bias to life insurance, health insurance or pensions

Personal competencies

•   Must have a proven record of excellence in job role.
•   Must have experience in managing a sales team.
•   Must be self motivated.
•   Must possess a high sense of integrity and confidentiality.
•   Must be committed to working non-traditional hours, nights and weekends.

Technical competencies

•   Experienced in sales and marketing
•   Must possess excellent written and verbal communication sills.
•   Must have good presentation and demonstration skills.
•   Must be able to co-ordinate customer meetings and activities.
•   Must be able to execute sales and marketing plans, acheive revenue targets and run promotions from start to finish without supervision.
