Job Vacancy For Sales Manager At Gokals Laborex Ltd



Reports To: Managing Director

Summary:
The Sales Manager will be required to lead a team of Sales Executive to effectively market and sell the products of Gokals-Laborex.

The Role:

•  Handling of key retail accounts
•  Handling client service failures and recording adequately in client compliant form
•  Duely following up on product outrages that are impacting on the achievement of client targets in collaboration with the Operations Director
•  Updating sales team on sales progress and other related issues at weekly sales meetings
•  Writing of weekly and monthly sales reports. Meetings with Operations Director and Marketing Co-ordinator to discuss any updates and challenges as well as the way forward
•  Ensuring that clients accounts are consistently matched for the on-time retrieval of due outstanding of retail clients
•  Daily scrutinizing and verification of end-of-day sales reports in excel templates to ensure their correctness
•  Product Target achievement (Sales)

Qualification Required & Experience

•  First degree in Pharmacy and registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana. A second degree in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
•  Minimum of 2 years experience in the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products
•  Good customer service skills
•  Ability to lead and direct a team
•  Good negotiation skills
•  Ability to meet tight deadlines
