Job Title: Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Draw up and implement strategies to achieve sales target
•   Submit weekly and monthly sales and reconciliation reports to GM-Sales
•   Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
•   Creates and conducts proposal presentations
•   Study automobile market trends and proactively react to the business trends

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least a degree in marketing or any relevant discipline
•   Must have at least 8 years post qualification in automobile industry
•   Ability to work with little or no supervision
•   Willing to work long hours and on week-ends when the need arises
•   Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•   Good negotiations skills and ability to close sales
