Job Purpose

To drive sales and increase premium income of the organisation.

General Responsibilities

•  Marketing and sales of life insurance products to prospective clients.
•  Opening new businesses and servicing existing sales points
•  Recruitment, team building and managing of sales executives
•  Generating monthly sales reports
•  Meet sales and premium targets

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of HND (Marketing) with at least 3 years sales experience in a reputable organisation
•  Possession of a valid driver's license (C) with at least 2 years experience in driving
