A Telecom Company within Ghana seeks individuals who will market its services nationally and across the sub-region. We are seeking a Sales Manager with proven track record in direct sales and senior management (Previous experience in the IT industry is not a pre-requisite but an advantage)

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Have a minimum of first degree from a reputable university
•  Have at least 3 years working experience
•  Be results-driven, focused and have a "Can do" attitude
•  Be a fast thinker, innovative, potentially high performance team leader with integrity
•  Possess proven superior sales, leadership, negotiation, good communication, reporting and presentation skills
•  Be able to develop and implement direct sales and business development plans to achieve sales targets.
