A fast growing manufacturing company located in Tema, which deals in Roofing product is looking for qualified and motivated talents to audit internal control systems and oversee the Sales & Marketing of the company: Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the sales & marketing strategy by Training and developing field Marketers
• Manage all social media channels, regional outlets, liaise and work closely with digital marketing and agencies
• Ensure the achievement of monthly or annual targets by developing and maintaining a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels
• Maintain effective internal marketing communications by communicating the status of orders and feedback on eventualities to customers on daily basis
• Liaise with production team on the progress of client orders and make sure finished orders are dispatched on time
• Creation, implementation and management of the marketing activities as well as follow up on customers to close sales as well as support the Sales and Marketing Officers to finalize orders
• Identify product improvements / new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitor trends
• Market products by developing & implementing new market and advertising campaigns (Plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases branding of new offices and prepares report)

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's or master degree in marketing or related field
• Proven working experience in service / digital marketing / manufacturing or particular within the industry
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Minimum of 6 years working experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Driving License is essential for this job
