Job Purpose

The Job holder will report and work closely with the sales & marketing manager, and have responsibility for marketing and selling the properties and office space in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•  Proactively sell properties in the portfolio as assigned
•  Post and update status of properties on the internet and follow up on a daily basis
•  Facilitate client viewing / inspection of properties
•  Prepare and submit call reports on client viewing / inspection of properties.
•  Prepare and make presentations to potential clients

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of a 1st Degree in marketing or diploma in CIM
•  At least 2 years post national service relevant work experience in a property marketing, sales and management related field.
