Position Overview
Inspire Her Ghana is seeking Sales Officers to join our team and drive sales of our reusable sanitary pad products. The Sales Officers will be responsible for promoting and selling our menstrual hygiene products to customers, retailers, and other stakeholders across all regions and districts in Ghana. The primary focus of this role is to increase product sales and revenue generation to support our mission and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion
• Promote and sell Inspire Her Ghana's reusable sanitary pads product to individual customers, retailers, schools, and other institutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our menstrual hygiene products.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including partnerships with businesses, organizations, and community groups.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders in a timely manner.
Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer preferences, and competitors' offerings.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Marketing Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support product sales.
• Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the consumer goods or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of menstrual health issues and/or experience in the menstrual hygiene sector is an asset.
Compensation Performance-based
The remuneration for this position is commission-based, where earnings are tied directly to sales performance
