Responsibilities:
• Create leads and attract prospective clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify reliable and secure carriers for freight services.
• Deliver accurate shipping quotes to customers.
• Efficiently book orders with carriers.
• Assist in preparing carriers for smooth load handling.
• Monitor shipment status for timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage collections and drop-offs.
• Maintain meticulous records of relevant activities.
• Provide customers with updates on shipment statuses and assist with inquiries.
• Stay informed about market trends in the transportation industry.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges effectively.
• Outstanding communication abilities to foster strong client and partner relationships.
