Sales Staff Sought to Sell Solar Products

•   The successful applicant will represent Point Innovate and the solar products and solar capabilities it provides to the general public.
•   They will look to consistently drive day-to-day sales for the organization with the aim of meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
•   As a Sales Member the individual will be required to understand the technical aspects of solar, understand the benefits of solar to customers and society as whole while having a foot in the market when it comes to supplying an existing customer base who need or can use our products.
•   The ability to educate and communicate our vision and product properly is imperative.

Key responsibilities:
Participate in comprehensive training and education on Solar energy and our product line(s) in order to learn, understand and convey the required level of knowledge to customers while successfully representing the philosophy and vision of Point Innovate Ghana.

•   Develop a fixed term sales strategy and weekly sales plan in order to achieve required sales targets.
•   Actively identify and target individuals and/or organizations that can purchase Point Innovate energy solutions and thereby generate sales leads on an on-going basis.
•   Report sales targets and actual results on a daily basis to Point Innovate management.
•   Controls and accounts for stock in their possession for demonstration and distribution.
•   The sales representative will meet the monthly sales targets required of them.
•   Maintain good long-term customer relations.
•   Creates a plan to continue to service each customer’s on-going energy needs.
•   Remain visible to past clients by providing after sales support, understanding the importance of customer service.
•   Build and grow Point Innovate referral program with its customers. Create incentives for customers to become brand ambassadors to invite their friends, families, colleagues, church members etc to become Point Innovate customers.
•   Completes operational requirements by timely scheduling and assigning installations and post-sale customer service follow ups.
•   Must have the ability to plan and structure their time effectively

Qualification Required & Experience

•   3-5 Years sales experience, good experience in credit / loan management, customer management, sales team leadership.
•   A minimum of Bachelor degree

Required Skills: Strong communication skills, energetic, positive attitude, presentation skills, presentation development, computer skills- Word, Excel, Power Point
