Duties:
The ideal candidate would:

•  Work closely with the marketing company to produce sales materials
•  Promote sales of all company's properties
•  Advise Management on market conditions, prices, mortgages and other related matters
•  Any other role outlined by management

Personal Requirements

•  Good communication and negotiation skills
•  Good presentation and a pleasant manner
•  Able to network effectively
•  Strong sales focus
•  Good orgnisational skills and attention to detail
•  Computer literate

Experience: Two (2) years in similar postion

Qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other relevant discipline

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
