Job Vacancy For Scrum Master

Job Purpose
• Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
• Help coordinate and manage projects tasks and deliverables
• Facilitate and support the teams to effectively implement scrum/Agile principles and practices
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Analyzing data as required
• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates
• Tracking and reporting project progress
• Performing other duties assigned by the project manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
Technical and Professional Duties
• Ability to implement scrum framework, its roles, events and artifacts
• Ability to use project management principles to help the Unit to deliver projects on time
• Ability to use any project management software (e.g Microsoft project, Zoho Projects)
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS) any other relevant field
• Possession of a relevant industry skills based certification in ScrumMaster is a plus
• Solid grasp of Agile values, principles and methodologies
• A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as a scrum master in a reputable organisation
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
