Qualification Required & Experience

A minimum of degree/HND in secretaryship or related field

Experience

At least 2 years practical experience in secretarial and office management

Skills

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Demonstrate thorough knowledge of office management including office practices, procedures and equipment.

Job Functions

•  To be a Personal Assistant to the General Manager
•  Screen and receive visitors to the General Manager's Office
•  Compose correspondence for review and signature
•  Act as a liaison with other offices, departments and outside agencies
•  Any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor

Remuneration

Commensurate with experience and salary history, but very attractive.
