The Secretary shall be responsible for providing administrative support to management.  The role reports to the General Manager.

Role Specific Requirements:

•   Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
•   Arrange meetings, conferences and travel reservations
•   Maintain schedules and calendars
•   Set up and maintain filing systems and databases
•   Managing diaries and making appointments
•   Prepare all reports as and when required
•   Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;
placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
•   Taking minutes and documenting all official meetings
•   Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meeting

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Qualifiacation:

•   Degree/ HND
•   Logistics/shipping experience a plus
•   Proficient user of MS Office suite
•   3 - 5 years work experience
