Job Vacancy For Secretary At Public Institution
Applications are invited from suitable qualified Ghanaians for the following vacant position within a Public Institution.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the filing, registration, tranfer forms and other secretarial duties.
Duties
• Type letters, reports and memoranda
• Receive and make calls for the office
• Receive, send fax, register and dispatch letters and correspondence
• Attend meetings and prepare Minutes
• Make photocopies
• Receive visitors
• Keep supervisor's dairy up-to-date
• Keep confidential documents
• Enter Data
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• Government Secretarial School Certificates or NACVET Certificates in Stenographer Secretary Grade with at least 3
years relevant working experience
Skills/Competencies:
• Very good interpersonal relationship
• Team player
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
• Computer literacy skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
