Superior Raceway Systems is implementing a value chain project on 1,000 acres of registered land next to Apollonia City. We seek individuals and companies to purchase our land for development of residential buildings.

Parcels of the land can also be purchased for mixed development of residential buildings with backyard fish-ponds and greenhouses. Clients also have the option of short or long lease of the land for fish and greenhouse farming.

Your Job Description:

Working as our Land Sales Officer

You are expected to:

• Sell or offer for rent, small parcels or full plots of our Apollonia lands to clients throughout Ghana or worldwide.

Salary: Starting basic salary of Ghc 2,000 net per month after a probation period of 3 months. You will be paid 10% commission on your sales during the period of your probation.

Qualification Required & Experience

• We seek HND holders and University graduates for employment as Land Sales Officers.

Your job centre: You will work in the Greater Accra Region.
