The Ghana Railway Development Authority is the designated developer of rail infrastructure and regulator in the rail sector. As part of the set-up process, the Authority has a vacancy to fill.

The Senior Estate Officer will provide operational leadership for the Management of the estate of the Authority.

He will co-ordinate all activities pertaining to estate management to ensure efficient management of the Authority's activities, develop policies and procedures for the acquisition, valuation control, identification and maintenance of the Authority's physical assets, be responsible for controlling the use of resources, participate in tender committee meetings for the award of contracts and undertake valuations of the Authority's properties as and when required, and ensure proper sanitation and maintenance of the Authority's Estates

Qualification Required & Experience

•  He/she must have a minimum of a master's degree from a recognized university in Estate Management, Land Economy or relevant subject area, with a minimum of six (6) years relevant work experience in Estate and Property management, 2 years of which must be in a senior management position in a reputable organization
•  He/she must have excellent knowledge of financial administration procedures and procurement processes, strategic and project management skills, strong Analytical skills, strong leadership skills, expertise in advanced information technology and interpersonal and communication skills
