Enterprise Life Assurance Company Ltd. (ELAC), a subsidiary of Enterprise Group Limited and the leader in the financial services sector is seeking qualified and experienced persons for the following positions:

Senior Manager, Group Life Operations
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the successful candidate will assume responsibility over group life operations and strategically drive growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage the implementation of Group Life operations strategy in line with the overall corporate plan.
. Responsible for budgetary planning and cost management of the division
. Ensure proactive premium collection and service delivery to corporate clients.
. Oversee the underwriting and reinsurance function of the division,  to ensure proper maintenance and renewal of contracts and treaties.
. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all underwriting and reinsurance activities in the division.
. Design and maintain appropriate internal business processes, controls and procedures in underwriting Group Life Business.
. Develop tailor-made group life products, in line with market demands and trends.
. contribute significantly to decisions pertaining to corporate initiatives and operational strategies.
. Provide leadership and motivate the Group Life operations team to achieve desired results consistently.

Education Qualification & Experience Required

The ideal candidate must have:

. At least a first degree from a recognized university. An MBA will be an added advantage
. Not less than eight (8) years relevant experience with at least five (5) years in managerial capacity.
. Professional insurance qualification will be preferred.
. Experience in Life assurance sales and marketing.
