Description Of Job

Job Summary:
To manage the Operation and Maintenance activities of the Network on a National basis in order to ensure a high quality Network experience for the end user (Customer), Maintain the value of the ATC passive Network assets, Provide 24-hour Operation and Maintenance of all passive Network functions.

•  Working for the Head of Operations & Maintenance you will specifically manage staff administration tasks, co-ordination of Regional Managers, Service Level Arrangements and Key Performance indicators management, Vendor contact management, Monthly & weekly Progress Reports, Effective management escalations. Provide cross departmental support to Sales & Customer Support, Finance and Asset Management
•  Support the Head of Operations & Maintenance to achieve Departmental/Company KPI's Budget Management, effective system support to the team and Research & Development of new systems, technologies & solutions

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Degree Qualified - Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications
•  2-5 years GSM or Telecommunication experience
•  2-5 years business experience, experience in managing a diverse technical team
•  Understanding of GSM network and Electrical standby power fundamentals
•  Assertive, Proactive, Innovative
•  Attention to detail
•  Good analytical skills & Lateral thinking
•  Integrity
•  Ability to work under pressure
