The Ghana Cocoa Board invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the under above mentioned position.

Purpose:
To provide up-to-date Quantity Surveying Services to the General Service Department.

Duties:

•  Measures construction work
•  Prepares tender/contract documents and tender evaluation reports
•  Reviews tender documents prepared by Consultants for the Board's projects and vets payment certificates prepared by Consultants
•  Prepares payment certificates for Contractors engaged on the Board's projects
•  Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Master's Degree in Building Technology plus two (2) years satisfactory working experience or
•  BSc in Building Technology, plus a recognized professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of five (5) years Post Qualification working experience
•  Must be a member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors
•  Must have strong skills in contract Management
•  Must have strong leadership and Management Skills, including time Management
•  Must have Analytical and negotiation skills
•  Must be a person of high integrity, credibility and good interpersonal skills
•  Must be computer literate
