Job Summary

As its subsidiary, Tullow Ghana Limited, continues to develop, the business is looking to enhance its cadre of senior professionals as above.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Build and run reservoir simulation models and assist with well location planning & production forecasting on selected assets
•  Coordinate and carry out subsurface reservoir analytical studies and assessments, and present the results of studies to various parties
•  Carry out reservoir engineering development work on selected assets
•  Build accurate and comprehensive databases of information by monitoring reservoir and individual wells performance
•  Have responsibility for gathering data and coordinating any laboratory work, studies and reports
•  Provide ranges on production forecasting and reserve assessments
•  Analyze value and development options of the reservoir

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering
•  Minimum of 10 years experience with an upstream oil and gas company preferably in offshore environment
•  Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers
•  Willingness to work in operational areas when required
•  Ability to work cross-functionally and with multi-disciplined teams
