Qualification Required & Experience

•  MVT II / Equivalent + 2 years relevant experience
•  Retail experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

•  To meet customers and carry out service at the car
•  To prepare job cards in accordance with customers requests
•  To plan and prepare all operations required to meet customer needs
•  To provide the workshop with clear findings on customer requests
•  To communicate with the customer
•  To maintain customer database

Skills and Competences Required

•  Excellent communication skills
•  Must have excellent listening skills
•  Must have good computer knowledge
•  Must be a good team player
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Must possess a valid driving licence
•  Must be smart in appearance at all times
