Premium Motors Limited, the sole distributor of Renault Motor vehicles is recruiting full-time Service Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
•   Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer and taking inventory of the vehicle
•   Confer with customers about inspection results
•   Write a brief description of the problem on the job card to help the mechanic locate the problem.
•   Greets customers, schedules service and receives vehicle information
•   Listens to customer requests of the service
•   Estimates the cost and time needed to do the repair
•   Handles customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction standards
•   Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer when technicians discover additional problems; gets customer approval to do additional work and explains the work performed and the charges being billed
•   Greets customers, schedules service appointments and receives vehicle information
•   Listens to requests of the service desired and explains the repair or service order
•   Attractive commission based salary package for those who qualify

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree, HND or its equivalent
•   Strong emphasis on customer service
•   Ability to work for long hours and under pressure.
•   Strong proficiency in the English language
•   High proficiency in MS office Suite
•   Strong ability to master product knowledge.
•   Highly organised and detail-oriented a must.
•   Experience in automobile sales a PLUS!!!
