EngenderHealth is seeking expressions of interest from highly-qualified candidates in anticipation of a Capacity Building Adolescent Reproductive Health Program in Ghana starting in September 2013 for 4 years. All positions are based in Sunyani with periodic travel to Accra. Interested candidates MUST be nationals from Ghana or possess a valid work authorization.

The Service Strengthening Advisor:

Qualification Required & Experience

•   MBBS with five years of responsibility in capacity building, program and contract management.
•   S/he is responsible for oversight of technical specification and delivery technical assistance and capacity building related to ARH health and information service strengthening.
•   S/he will ensure that contracted services related to service strengthening are fit for purpose provided per TOR and transferring requisite skills to key stakeholders.
•   Needs experience in institutional strengthening, programme management, networking and coordination in multi-sectoral programmes, financial management, coaching and capacity building.
