Job Summary

•  After an initial training period, you will be responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting and maintenance of our systems at our customers’ facilities.
•  By traveling regularly to our customers you will help them optimizing their operations with on-site training and follow-up visits.
•  In coordination and liaison with our internal resources, you will ensure effective customer service and provide regular and effective written reports to your service coordinator.
•  As a member of the service team for Africa, frequent travel will be required within West Africa, but also within the rest of the continent.
•  Depending on your place of domicile, you will operate from your home office.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  You should have a technician or engineering degree, and a troubleshooting attitude. You have knowledge in PLC controls and in industrial automated systems, and ideally some experience in field service.
•  Your initiative, your team spirit and time management abilities enable you to deal with multiple priorities in a timely and proactive manner.
•  As we function in an international working environment, it is essential that you have English language skills, whereas additional language skills would be considered an asset.
