Job Description:

• Managing the performance and development of the showrooms staff to ensure the needs of the business are met.
• Organizing all advertising, planning showroom events and launching incentive programs.
• Providing a first class customer experience to clients.
• Greeting all customers who come into the show room in a professional manner.
• Ensuring that all quotations detail the correct prices and products to prevent future complaints or problems from occurring.
• Organizing and developing all promotional activity within the showroom in a way that maximizes sales.
• Invoicing clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Following up on all sales leads.
• Making sure that customer complaints are dealt with a timely and efficient manner.
• Reporting any issues to the Branch Manager regarding stock or suppliers.
• Keeping the showroom area tidy and free from any potential hazards to both customers and employees.
• Maintaining and updating content on the company website and social media pages.
• Pulling sample requests and maintain a sample library.
• Completing showroom administration and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Accounting, or similar relevant field.

Salary: GHS 1500 - 1800

Location: Spintex, Accra
