A reputable building, civil and mining construction company operating in Ghana invites interested and qualified applicants to apply for the following position: Site Clerk
Job Summary
• The Site Clerk handles all basic administration activities on site. The role carries out basic costing routines in respect of wages, creditors and sub-contractors
Primary Responsibilities
• Correctly administers petty cash
• Oragnises accommodation
• Keeping time sheets and keeping all administrative records for easy reference and retrieval
• Completes licensing of vehicles and plant
• Performs general office duties of filing, faxing and answering of telephone
• Ensures procedures for receiving and issuing materials and equipment are followed
Qualification required & experience
• Must have a proven experience as Site Administrator/Clerk for minimum of 4 years
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and costing of construction projects and equipment
• Must have track record of good leadership skills and be able to confidently take charge
• Ability to communicate and report effectively using appropriate ICT channels
• Fluency in written and spoken French is added advantage
