A reputable building construction company is looking for a Site Supervisor for employment.

Job Summary

•   Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour including tracking and controlling construction costs
•   Plan, supervise and ensure that building construction activities are completed in line with timelines
•   Provide orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, and counselling to employees
•   Monitor progress, usage of materials and ensure conformance of design specifications and safety standards including providing periodic reports on site issues
•   Coordinate operations and maintenance activities at project sites including allocating resources between multiple locations
•   Provide technical advice on design and construction of building projects
•   Provide support in bid preparation

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND Building Technology or HND Civil Engineering
•   Minimum of five years experience in Project Management, Quality Management and Supervision
•   Must demonstrate ability to solve problems, execute projects on time and manage a team of building construction workers
•   Familiarity with drafting software and schematics including Architectural & Structural drawings
•   Attention to detail
•   Good grasp of relevant law, health and safety standards in building construction
