Job Purpose:
• In this role, you will respond to all comments and public/private messages across our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
• You will work closely with the area manager to create engaging content for our social media presence and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
Job Duties:
• Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
• Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
• Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
• Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
• Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
• Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Works with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
• Manages social media communications
• Utilizes timelines and scheduling to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
• Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, commercially aware and a proactive outlook with excellent customer service skills. You must be a confident individual, able to demonstrate strong writing and communication and editing skills. In addition, you should have a sound knowledge of the different social media channels and ideally have proven social media community management experience. Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
• Sound knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about new innovations and social media channels.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Prior experience in marketing or social media is a plus.
• A diploma in communication, marketing or social media.
• Tertiary Students in Marketing or Communication with significant social media experience may also apply.

This is a remote position. You will be working on the go on your phone, tablet or PC.
Salary: Up to Ghs1000 Depending on Experience.
