A reputable rural bank in the Ashanti Region requires the services of a Professional Legal Practitioner with the mandate to practise as a Lawyer in all areas of the profession within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Ghana.

Services

The Services of the Lawyer shall include:

• To represent the bank in all cases referred for prosecution or defense in any juridical forum or court of law in Ghana
• To advise the bank on all matters of legal concern
• To attend meetings upon the invitation and request of the Bank and offer legal advice on matters of legal nature

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicant should be:

• A qualified Ghanaian solicitor with 5 years post qualification experience,
• Licensed by the General Legal Council to practise law in Ghana
• Resident in Ghana
• Between the Ages of 30 and 56 years and
• Expert in Credit (Lenders and Borrowers) and Commercial Laws
