Job Vacancy For Sous Chef At Golden Tulip Kumasi City (Kumasi)



The candidate must be capable of:

•  Overseeing the activities of all kitchen employees, ensuring they observe food safety and HACCP regulations
•  Assisting the Executive Chef handle employee schedules/rota
•  Training new employees on the job in conjunction with the Executive Chef
•  Ensuring that the kitchen uses all items for food preparation mindfully to keep costs down

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Professional qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in as a Junior Sous Chef/Chef De Partie in an international standard hotel.
•  Must be computer literate
