Position: Supervisory Contractor, Business Sales
Level: Direct Contract
Reports to: Manager, EB Sales (SMEs)

Job Summary:

• Support in identifying, prospecting, engaging and presenting Enterprise /SME solutions (FTTH, Mobile & Fixed ICT) to both new and existing customers with the objective to sell, up-sell or cross-sell based on agreed targets.

Job Role

• Prospect for potential customers.
• Identify and sell Enterprise/SME Solutions to these prospects.
• Achieve set sales targets as agreed.
• Cross sell MTN products & services
• Maintain seamless customer experience at all levels of the selling process.
• Make visits to existing SME clients according to weekly/monthly time plans in order to retain them and prevent churn.
• Explore innovative ways to increase demand in the assigned segment.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• A minimum of a relevant degree in a related field

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant sales experience

Competencies

Knowledge

• In depth knowledge of the market and industry
• Knowledge of the range of the corporate business partners
• Customer Relations Management
• Understanding of technology and services
